great service but room issues
The staff responded promptly after I got locked in my first room, demonstrating professionalism. They quickly assigned me to a new room, and the complimentary breakfast passes were a nice touch.

Staff responsiveness impressed me during my four-night stay, especially when they quickly resolved a door issue and upgraded my room. The hotel offered creative dishes that made dining an enjoyable experience. However, there were downsides, including an unmade room upon return and a maintenance mishap with found insects. Additional delays in receiving basic towels hindered the experience and reflect a gap in service consistency.

would book here again
The hotel's got a fitness center, hot tub, and indoor swimming pool with sun loungers. My room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and all the toiletries needed. The bathroom was spacious, featuring both a shower and bath with clean towels. Overall a comfortable stay.

We switched to this hotel from a nearby place and immediately felt the upgrade with their cozy beds and the relaxing indoor pool. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day, helping us unwind. While the towels could’ve been fluffier, it didn’t ruin our stay, and I’d recommend checking out their amenities! 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the nearby mall and enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. Just a heads up, the pool water was a bit chilly. Definitely grab some complimentary Starbucks in the morning!
One downside was the noise from the rooms. we could hear conversations in the hall, which disturbed our sleep.

The Sheraton Minnetonka is a hidden gem for foodies! Check out nearby Kona Grill for killer sushi and Ruscello for some delightful Italian bites. Plus, the in-house bar and restaurant are a great spot to unwind after a busy day. The warm musky toiletries add a nice touch to the experience!
Also, the whole place had that overpowering chlorine smell from the indoor pool—definitely not my fave.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I had an absolutely delightful time at this hotel! The indoor pool area was such a vibe, not to mention the cozy rooms that made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the free bottled water in the room was like a cherry on top after a long day of exploring!
100% recommend 😊❤️

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton in Minnetonka. The indoor pool was a nice feature for relaxing after a long day. Accessibility to nearby restaurants was convenient, making it easy to grab a bite. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a thoughtful touch. However, there were issues with cleanliness. Found a large urine stain on the mattress, which was quite off-putting. Maid service was lacking during my stay. I expected at least one cleaning for a four-night visit, but that didn't happen. It would have been nice to see a bit more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping. Overall, it had potential but could use some improvements.
